Since during my last vacation I’ve noticed that I’ve grown significantly fatter than even before any point in my life so I’ve decided to go on a fast again. This time though, I intend it to be a much longer one since I now have the will to actually do it since my current body is not amenable to my senses. Approaching the 48 hour mark and my body is still not feeling hungry…more like, I’m just fighting of a habit that I need to eat by this time and such. Anyways, hopefully I can get this longer this time since my next come-to-office is still 3 weeks away! It’s really difficult for me to maintain a fast when I am invited to eat out. ๐
Update (2024/06/24):
Already hit the 60 hour mark and, aside from feeling hungry, everything’s nice. Focus seems to be increasing noticeably from before I started the fast.
Here are my levels a few minutes after I woke up:
Glucose – 88 mg/dL
Uric – 8.5 mg/dL

Hit the 72 hour mark and I’ve decided to break my fast. I’ll eat again and then start another 72 hour fast. ๐
