It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve started alternate day fasting with 1 optional cheat day each week and I’m quite pleased with the results. I’ve already lost 10lbs in those 2 weeks. My brain has also been quite active after the 1st week of doing it! I’m continuing on my 3rd week and I’m starting to experience hunger pangs during the late part of the day during my fasting days which may indicate that my body has already finished with the easily digestible fat reserves so it’s trying to stop me from fasting so that it wouldn’t have to go into my harder to convert stores. Anyways, my target is about 40lbs of weight loss so, if the trend continues, I still have a month to go. I’m expecting a slowdown though so it should take 2 months at least to lose 40lbs. Hopefully my will persists through. 😮💨
