Today I learned that the cause for my undue troubles with matching the balances from my bank account to my Money Manager app is due to Foreign Transaction Fees not reflecting in my bank’s app. This did not happen before because they only started charging 2% FTFs this November PLUS the shown prices in the app’s transaction list is the one WITHOUT the fee applied! You still need to click on the transaction in order to see the actual price debited from your account! Quite a confusing user experience IMO!
Anyways, I’m switching my foreign transactions to those still with 0% FTFs. Hopefully, they’ll not start charging FTFs anytime soon.
